Our experience and interactions with hundreds of sites
allows for a smooth and efficient method in

to establish a patient’s profile, and to
make/change/cancel a reservation. This enables the

Clinical Studies Manager will work closely with you in
coordinating the rollout and implementation of our
services. We send a welcome package to every site and
interact with each to make the process a seamless and
effective one.

program along with reporting tailored specifically for
your needs, all complying with HIPPA regulations as they

We realize the importance of maintaining
patients throughout a study. Statistics show
that 20% to 25% of clinical studies are canceled
before they begin, unable to meet required
recruitment levels. Our company’s service helps

transportation is provided to and from a facility

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our top priority remains, and always will be, the
health and safety of our clients.
We employ professional detailers and mechanics that
see the vehicles daily. Cleaning products that are
both anti-bacterial/viral and environmentally
sensitive are used. Each vehicle is cleaned between
passengers by the chauffeur with anti-bacterial
wipes. Each chauffeur also receives direction based
on CDC guidelines on how best to protect themselves
and their passengers. From the common cold to
COVID-19, they have been briefed on proper hygiene
and care. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and
wipes are made readily available as well.
